NO CLASS: Feb 17th (President’s Weekend)

• Offered once a week

• Class duration: 45 mins

• 4:1 child-to-coach ratio

• Parents may accompany student to gym

• Unique & fun curriculum that progresses week-to-week

• Beginners & intermediate levels

• Energetic coaching staff

• Students should wear sneakers and bring water

• All equipment is provided
